ABOUT ME
I support organisations, teams and individuals who want to change and develop. Every single request is special.
My goal remains the same: to motivate people and organisations and strengthen their ability to act. With energy and empathy.
How I work
Heidrun Gilde

At the beginning of our work together, we clarify what you expect from me and agree on an approach tailored to your needs and resources. In co-creative processes, we often find and develop much more than the objectives agreed upon at the beginning of the consultation.
I offer you a wide range of methods: from diagnostic tools for teams and organisations
to creative learning experiments, future workshops, storytelling, agile and participatory methods, constellation work and improvisational theatre.
My approach is solution- and needs-oriented and shaped by my systemic mindset. There is always more than one view of reality and more than one way to achieve an objective. When we place a problem or behaviour in a larger context, its existence suddenly makes sense. I firmly believe in the self-efficacy of my clients and their ability to find the best path for themselves with their experience and external support. My role is to provide impetus, broaden perspectives and offer solution options without dictating them. I can structure complex issues and get to the heart of the matter. I see diversity as an enrichment.
