Effective collaboration and high job satisfaction do not happen by chance – they are the result of team development. I accompany teams with a mixture of theory and experience-oriented exercises – always with a direct practical relevance and a focus on the essentials.
Whether it's clarifying roles, competencies and mutual expectations, developing shared values and rules, or dealing constructively with conflicts, I support teams in strengthening their ability to work together and realise their full potential. Appreciative feedback changes communication patterns and team culture.
I also accompany intercultural teams to recognise and appreciate diversity, clarify expectations of each other and use differences as strengths.
