With my many years of experience in continuing education, I support you in designing effective training courses and developing sound concepts for skills development. Whether you need a compact one-hour webinar or a continuing education process with several modules, I ensure methodological diversity, clear structure and sustainable learning success.

Learning is also fun in my seminars: short theoretical inputs alternate with practical exercises, learning experiments, self-reflection and lively exchanges of experiences. This mix of methods creates a deeper understanding and promotes acceptance of new ideas. The principle here is that learning also means letting go of the old – and this is best achieved by appreciating what is there. The focus is always on the professional situation of the participants in the context of their organisation, so that new knowledge and skills can be integrated into their everyday work in a sustainable manner.

I advise you on how to embed individual training courses into comprehensive, long-term concepts for personnel and organisational development. Competence development is effective when individual and organisational learning go hand in hand. The various building blocks of personnel development – from training workshops and on-the-job measures such as supervision, coaching and mentoring to self-directed learning, job rotation or learning and quality circles – must be precisely coordinated. For new skills to have an impact, managers are needed who support the productive disruption of existing routines.
