STRATEGY

Always act in such a way that you
         increase the number of possibilities.

Strategie

In times of constant change, strategy is not a one-off decision but an ongoing process. To remain capable of acting and effective, regular strategic time-outs are needed – to pause, reflect and realign. Three central questions are at the heart of this process: Why do we exist? How do we want to shape our future? What are our goals? Working together as a team or within the management circle, you establish orientation, clarify priorities and actively shape your future. The art of this lies in strengthening your core as an organisation while at the same time enabling new things to happen.

I support you in developing your strategy in a participatory, agile and meaningful way – beyond classic planning logic. Because good strategies are not created on the drawing board, but in dialogue – with many creative minds, a willingness to experiment and a view beyond the horizon. In practical terms, I support you in developing options for action, jointly deciding on the best strategic option and implementing it in your everyday organisational life.

What makes systemic strategy work special?

  • The future as a joint construction – rather than a plannable reality

  • No master plan, but strategic flexibility in an open search and learning process

  • Strengthening strategic competence throughout the entire system – not just in individuals

  • Mobilisation of collective intelligence through diversity of perspectives

  • A forward-looking view of potential instead of looking back and confirming what is already known
