The world of work is changing at a rapid pace: many things are becoming more unstable and unpredictable. Organisations are also constantly changing and evolving – whether planned or unplanned. Dynamic change coupled with pressure to succeed creates uncertainty and areas of tension that can push people and systems to their limits. The longing for meaning and orientation is growing. In times of rapid growth or transformation, organisations need a phase of restructuring in which they redefine their core services, review processes and clarify roles and decision-making powers.
