In view of the dynamic changes in the world of work and dwindling resources, the demands on leadership are constantly increasing. Managers must fulfil both the tasks of the organisation and the individual needs of their employees. Areas of tension and feelings of being overwhelmed are inevitable!

Reflection spaces help to step out of the fast-paced operational business with its diverse requirements for a moment and pause. This allows managers to become aware of their strengths and values, recognise expectations towards them more clearly and find fresh impetus for their leadership role.

The function of leadership is to keep the organisation capable of acting, to make decisions quickly and to provide guidance to the members of the organisation in turbulent times. Every organisation is different. How the leadership function is specifically designed – that is, how many people assume leadership responsibility and in what way – depends on the context.

 

Clear decision-making structures and effective communication processes create the basis for effective and inspiring leadership.
